Fighting High Blood Sugar?

Problems with your blood sugar?  Your body will fix a multitude of issues given the right ingredients!  Hands Down!!!  A low glycemic food program with HIGH nutrition is your answer.  Whole grains, veggies, foods in their NATURAL state and even most fruits have a low glycemic index.  The more natural and WHOLE the food your eating…the less problems you will have.  Processed foods are your enemy as they are everyones….  The more whole and natural your food, the harder and slower your body digest and assimilates…therefore your blood sugar is not raised as rapidly.

Make sure your bowels are eliminating regularly…that means at least ONCE every single day.

Stay moving for at least one hour every single day.
